About Augusta Kantra, MS, LPC, YACEP, E-RYT500, CMMT

Augusta and her husband, David, own and operate the Center for CALM Living in Fairhope, Alabama. Professionally, Augusta wears many hats and is passionate about all them. As a psychotherapist, she works with clients to help them look at the dynamics that trip them up and unravel the knots of confusion that may have developed around these patterns. As a teacher of Yoga Assisted Self-Discovery groups, she teaches mindfulness, meditation, and movement to small on-going groups of dedicated individuals that share the journey and support each other through life’s ups and downs. As a yoga teacher trainer, she (together with David) run trainings at the foundational (200hr) and advanced (500hr) levels. And as a yoga teacher, Augusta teaches CALM (Creating Awareness – Living Mindfully) yoga classes for the community.
